Mr. Michael Firth - The ELM Group, Inc.
Mike Firth is an Associate with The ELM Group, Inc. where he is responsible for developing and implementing practical risk management strategies for industrial operations/properties and CERCLA sites. Over the years he has conducted numerous human health and ecological risk assessments, has responded to multiple oil spills, and has provided varied technical support on sites around the world. Much of his recent work has been related to contaminated sediment sites. Currently he is promoting the incorporation of sustainability and environmental planning considerations into ELM’s projects.
Mike graduated from Bucknell University and has worked at multiple consulting and industrial companies. He has been on the HDC-SETAC board for 2 years. When he is not working he enjoys hiking with family, running, and coaching girls ice hockey.
